Executive Director Willy Ireri

• Willy runs Osprey’s office in Nairobi and is a member of the LTWP Board, as well as Chair of LTWP’s Risk and Audit Committee
• He has over 20 years experience living and working in Africa, Asia, Middle East & Europe
• Involved in executing over US$1.5bn worth of investments into 1GW of energy projects in SSA and previously worked for GE Africa for 10 years
• Holds a BA in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from London Business School

Chief Financial Officer Fredrick Kahenya

• Fredrick is Osprey’s CFO, overseeing the financial structuring, accounting and reporting of Osprey and is an appointed LTWP Board Observer
• He has over 25 years experience in Finance, Accounting and Strategy
• Previously CFO at Food for Education, Zambia Seed Company and Monsanto Africa
• BA (University of Nairobi), MBA in Finance from Webster University (USA)

Vice President Guy Dixon

• Guy leads Osprey’s investment and development activities in renewable energy projects in Eastern and Central Africa
• He has over 9 years experience advising Governments and private investors including financial structuring, lead advisory and policy advisory
• Advised on the acquisition of a 2 GW Battery Storage portfolio and UK Government’s award of its first green hydrogen contracts
• Trained as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, London with a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University

Investment Associate Ruth Muthoni

• Ruth forms part of the Deal Team actively supporting with financial modeling, deal analysis, appraisal, due diligence and market research
• She has over 9 years of experience across various private equity and private debt funds across the real estate and renewable energy sectors
• Was part of various deal teams that obtained investment committee approvals for 8 deals across 2 energy funds at Mirova (formerly SunFunder)
• Holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance (Kenyatta University), CPA Finalist and passed CFA level 2 exams. Currently pursuing an MBA (SSBM)

Finance Manager Linda Njeri

• Linda manages and oversees the accounting and financial reporting function
• She has over 15 years of experience in the finance and audit profession across multiple industries including energy, financial institutions and manufacturing
• Handled assurance engagements while at PKF Eastern Africa and Baker Tilly Meralis
• Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Executive Manager Evelyn Kalande

• Evelyn manages the Osprey office in Nairobi using her over 25 years of experience in office management, finance, marketing, administration and business operations
• Worked in the Office of the President and CEO for SSA at General Electric (GE) and was previously at Nestlé, Deloitte and GIBB Africa
• Holds a BA from University of Nairobi, Pre-Law from M.P Law in Aurangabad, India and Certification from the Marketing Society of Kenya
